Look into my eyes..

I've cleared out all lies and ties that hurt me

Used to be bloodshot so bad I couldn't see

And maybe that's why we couldn't be

Or make it together, but we will never

know will we.

So now I see new things ahead

Yes my bed is still too big without you

But I'm about to start love anew.

I try to play it cool and not jump too soon,

Try not to rush over the broom but I fear relationships are pre doomed

And consumed by the tainted and misleading potentials

That lack the essentials' I need for strong love.

Even when receive a hug I feel lack of good meaning and what's seeming like

Forever is really only never but hidden by cleaver and well worn jeans.

So I peek thru the seams to see truth.

Like Bluetooth I connect wirelessly

And tirelessly search and make sure your the one for me.

Look in my eyes and see..

No lies

No surprise
