    Sonnet #6

Pour another glass, fill it up, don't spill
You sip your own, I gulp mine down
Stop at the moment right before I become ill
Sit quietly on the porch, inch closer, don't make a sound
Lead me by the hand, away from danger and despair
Into a life where happiness can breath
In all and all, I say we make a pretty good pair
Like in the stories and the fables when little children read
I see you in the dark by the light of the moon
Your beauty magnified to the highest peak
Knowing you and I will become one soon very soon
The mere thought brings great satisfaction to me
When I am with you life dosn't move slower or faster
It stops, and I forget about the before and after
