Sunset
A 2009 poem
May,27,2009

This day is coming upon it's end
this message I must send
About a magical sunset tonight
It's beautiful along the sandy beaches
The waters crystal clear
Oh, this shimmer along the shore and water

Now upon it comes
The orange sun is going down as slow as a turtle
The sky has calm purple clouds
Bright pink, yellow, and orange is shown glistening in the sky
You can hear the last sounds of the ocean going to sleep

It happens only at dusk of every night
Oh what a beautiful sight
This sunset tonight

Great poem! I like the picture, too. I think I'll keep the great memories with me.

EAT SMOKE ALCOHOL DRUGS: I CHOOSE TO WRITE by Ms. Destine KEEVERS AND SELLERS I was minding my own business in Trade Tech's Library. I was reading the LA Times article written by Mr. Tony Perry. The electric current I began to feel was scary. The horrific, bloody scene was too morbid for my cranium to carry. The next day at 5th and Flower Street, I went to the Los Angeles Public Library. I calmly but urgently dialed 619-544-6032 to Mr. Perry. He was gentle and kind Mr. Tony Perry had an open mind. Okay! Okay! Then I told him who was murdered first. I sense the LA reporter knew the murderer I could find. We decided to meet at the LA Times bldg on 2nd and Spring street. As we sat in the cafeteria, my heart had a rapid beat. The visual images of Keever and Sellers made my eyes swell into tomato soup. Right now I desire to fly the coup! How could I tell? How could I tell? Keevers and Sellers blood type O; and the killer's blood type A: That's what I smell. Police! Police! Don't you see him washing off the blood in that bay? Hide and Go Seek, I say. Detectives, hide and go seek is the way he got the boys to play. Miss, Ms, Mrs and Madame, the game was hide and go seek. Nurses, doctors and social workers, this man gave those boys a peek. Young man, Mr and sir, the game was hide and go seek. This clever, costumed gentleman picks on boys who are meek. Listen please! Preacher, teacher, mother and father he went up the creek. Like the back of his hands he knows the woods, brushes, trees and trails where the molester laid the children to sleep. This most unfortune affect causes a sorrowful weep. Can anybody hear me? It's hide and go seek. How many children is this man going to forever keep. True case in Los Angeles, California---attempting to give free information to the police department is so difficult especially when your skin color is BLACK

Poetry is finer and more philosophical than history; for poetry expresses the universal, and history only the particular.

Aristotle (384 BC-322 BC) Greek philosopher.
