    Surviving You

     It's 8 o'clock but it feels like midnight cause I know I'm alone
    I loved you once, I loved you twice and each time you shook me to the bone
    I knew from the start, yet I still played your games
    The hurt and pain is the price of your icy flames
    I can pretend that all is well
    Afterall I survived your lovely hell
    It's still hard to not look at you
    But I'm afraid of what you'll do
    And just hearing your name makes me want to forgive
    Because for a while you were my reason to live
    It sounds so Romeo and Juliet cliche
    Without you I can't survive another day
    In the end I loved you thrice
    And my life was the final price
