The old me
I was hard to swallow and made you sick
they dare to say
that I'd never see this day.
Here at Keeton they stopped me from tweakin
no matter how hard I play to be
deep inside I'm soft at heart.
People take my kidness for weakness.
I play no games for my family in need
just think this all started with weed,
I watched my brothers fall one by one.
I didn't think my time would come
my life of bein high is done.
To my brothers I love you so!
I am glad I didn't die that way.
I snapped from trance
now I define the word chance.
My brothers how you cried and the world
just stared and passed you by,
now your buried and put away.
I sit and listen to words of hope
damn I hope I don't see no more dope!
To my brothers who died that way
I am a inspiration for I am clean today!
