    This Lady

She smiles, and in her smile is the warmest hello
Her genuine common courtesy is inviting
So intriguing I must know more, who is the lady
She's sparked my interest, I'm caught in her web
I listen as she speaks her name, with such grace
Her beauty I take into my soul, and I mesmerized by it
Who is this lady that's talking with me
The conversation we share is so deep, she knows my secrets
I trusts in her, confide in her my darkest dreams
In the midst of the darkness she lights up the room
Her concern for me is unbelievable, her love is true
Who is this lady that's holding me
I cry on her shoulders, and she smells of lavender
The coffee still fresh on her breath, she's read me like a book
I can no longer hide behind this smile
She senses my sadness and her comfort makes me forget about all the flaws I posses
I'll be hear for you she says, in such a soft modest voice
Who is this lady, that's preaching the truth
