Tropical Island

Tropical Island

Tropical island
waves crashing
sun blistering
I'm hot.
Are you hot?
I'm wet.
Are you wet?
I look away
from you
but I always
look back
Sweat in my
eyes
burning
Fire in my thighs
burning
I know I'm
in love
when I see you
I know it when
I long to
see you
Sooo hot
I am a
dragon
breathing
fire
I have fallen
in love
with the sea
and sun
and you.

The true philosopher and the true poet are one, and a beauty, which is truth, and a truth, which is beauty, is the aim of both.

Ralph Waldo Emerson, American Poet (1803-1882)
