A whole lot less of me

A whole lot less of me

Stay and say that you love me
    Don’t turn and walk away
    You’re not even listening
To the tender words I say
Why has your heart turned so cold
I reach out and you run away
    All I ever wanted
Was a chance to make you stay

    What ever happened
To the girl I used to know
You were always there for me
And you let your feelings show
    Holding your arms wide open
    Never letting me go
But you cant go back in time
And walk down that broken road

My heart is left on empty
Only you can make it full
Don’t care what its gonna take
Willing to break all the rules
    Cause life aint worth living
I just gotta make you see
    That me living without you
Is a whole lot less of me

    Remember the laughter
    Remember the tears
    Remember out Everafter
    Remember all those years
    You gotta hear me crying
    Just gotta make you see
    That me living without you
Is a whole lot less of me

Very nice. I liked the development. Watch out for where to use punctuation marks next time.

Poetry is finer and more philosophical than history; for poetry expresses the universal, and history only the particular.

Aristotle (384 BC-322 BC) Greek philosopher.
