High Seas

High Seas

Dark as day

Your body illuminates

As the moon’s light

Stream down your body

Revealing your every curve

While you stood like an hour glass

More beautiful than a naked eye

Marveled by your beauty

A beauty deserving of a second look

And that’s all it took

And I knew you had to be mine

A bottle of wine

For the ceremony of you and I

The moon as our witness

And the stars up high

As darkness was lifted

And the Sun rose

So did your anchor

Red as a Rose

Lying in a ready pose

As we set sail to paradise
