    Pride

As I stand in front of this wall
    trapped with nowhere to go
    no matter the outcome
    It's always this wall
    I would climb it
    but im afraid to fall
    For it is constant
    and twenty foot tall
no matter the way i go
    it would be there
    for me to overcome
    now i am tired, wondered
    through Spring and Summer
but Fall is yet to come
    i only wish
    as the leaves fall
    so would it

    Franz Kafka (1883-1924) Czech writer.
