I am the one
I'm the clouds that gather
in the darkness of the night
I'm the hidden shadows
that wither in the light
I'm the hint of nightmare
that lingers from your dreams
and I'm the one that frightens you
and brings about your screams.
Sometimes I go unnoticed
although I’m always there
It's my breath that chills you
with it's dankness in your ear.
I am all and I am nothing
and all else in between
and when your moment is at hand
I'll come for you unseen.
Fear not the judgment that you face
beyond this live you live
fear the one that in the end
will deliver you instead.
I am the soulless demon
from which you can't escape
and when we meet and meet we shall
it's your very life I'll take.
