    Just Questions

     What is the benefit of trust?
    All of it pain tearing around inside.
    Covered by deceptions evil eye.
    Gazing at the minds of innocents youth.
    Fooling them into igniting a Dream.
    Making believe-thinking every word truth.

    Young rebels seeking the Dream--
    Trying to find truth
    looking for it in ones eyes.
    Searching for deception inside.
    Catching a glimpse of youth,
    Finding a reason to want trust.

    Knowing why it's hard to trust.
    Lies glimmer-reflecting in their own eyes.
    Then digging deep within-what's inside?
    Ah yes-the sight of broken dreams!
    Wanting one's own past- their youth.
    Desperately hoping it's truth.

    Rooms full of shattered dreams
    based on pain and trust.
    All anyone wants is truth.
    Weren't they taught honesty in youth.
    Pain flowing in dead eyes
    Only they know what's inside.

    Seeking the perfect youth
    So stars can fly in Dreams.
    Little thoughts-shining eyes.
    Knowing you need trust
    to be healthy inside.
    Do you believe the truth?

    Is it really the truth?
    In "I Love You" do you trust?
    Is it coming from inside?
    Can it become the source of dreams?
    Was it shown in youth?
    or is life about shielded eyes?

    Trust is based from youth.
    Dreams reflected in eyes.
    You find truth on the inside.

    Very intense questions we should all ask ourselves. Wonderful poem but hear to see because the color was so light.

    Another great write! Only suggestion I have to offer would be on the font, while it fits with the poems wording nicely, it's a bit hard on my eyes. I would just say for that font, maybe black coloring, or a boldness would help! The poem itself, excellent!
