    Over It

At the beginning you were life a dream come true
i felt you were my knight in shining armer to.
till the truth hit me square in the face
a feeling i wasnt ready to embrace.
i thought you were the one for me
i hate the way my heart is left to be
but there here is something new
    im so over you
so your eye im over it
and your smile im over it
    your touch im over it
im moving on its my time you
never were a friend a mind
i loved you more then you will ever know
how so easy you could let me go
    i feel so insane
that my tears are pouring down like rain.
my heart hates you so much
but my body misses your touch
but there here is something new
    im so over you
so your eye im over it
and your smile im over it
    your touch im over it
im moving on its my time you
never were a friend a mind
    im So Over It

When power leads man towards arrogance, poetry reminds him of his limitations. When power narrows the area of man's concern, poetry reminds him of the richness and diversity of existence. When power corrupts, poetry cleanses.
