    she is my hero

     eyes wide open
    i see you so  clear
    my shadowed distractions no longer are near
    fullest intent to be that man
    the one you love and beside whom you stand
    my heart beats strong and oh so true
    my heart beats for one and that one is you
    the restlessness of night has all but gone away
    taken control by the soft spoken words you say
    demons from my past are all laid to rest
    for being with you i strive for my best
    my doubts depleated these things you should know
    while loving you i found in you my hero
