Storms of Love

Storms of Love

the trees bow down in prayer
from the pressure of the wind
the skies they open up
heavens raindrops they send
every raindrop is a tear
filled with eternal love
teardrops of an angel
an angel from above
angels shed these tears
for the pain of the living
all of us left behind
suffering and grieving
to wash away the emptiness
and fill it with their love
to let us know they're watching
from heaven's gate above

I enjoyed this poem very much. So well written with an artist's touch. You've painted a picture for all to see. With words you've made angels stand out vividly. Well done, TS
