    The Weight of Sin

I don’t want to be the weigh on your shoulders but that’s my choice
As I’m barely able to register your voice
I miss those eyes that captivate my heart
Melting me, they tear me apart
When the clouds come and you get that look on your face
In my head I’m dying to leave that place
When the noise gets so loud it strains my ears
But it’s everything I’m able to hear
I don’t want to weigh your shoulders down
So low you hit the ground
Bury you so low that light can’t hit your skin
I don’t want to be your every sin
In the cold I hold your hand as the smoke climbs the air
Just stay so close so I know your there
Please baby; please don’t make me be the one to weigh your shoulders down
So heavy you hit the ground

Another creatively written poem. You really have a gift for writting, I hope you never give it up !

Poetry is finer and more philosophical than history; for poetry expresses the universal, and history only the particular.

Aristotle (384 BC-322 BC) Greek philosopher.
