As time goes by I've learned to see that life is what we choose

Sometimes the greatests lessons aren't by what we gain, but by what we loose

We only get what we do take, don't let a chance at love pass you by

Take that chance, embrace the risk, don't let your dreams all die

Because your afraid to let someone, share your days that lay ahead

Share with them your wants and desires, and all your fears one day you'll shed

You'll find that you can live your life, loving someone and still being free
