    • YEAH! Just found out I'm going to have a baby! Well, technically my wife will, but I'll be there to make inappropriate jokes!

    Vertigo

    Promise broken, thought unspoken
slit my throat and end it all
I loved you but you mustn't know
    weeping as the angels fall
Sickle cell is in my soul now
    destroying my heart and home
Is it armageddon, or is it genesis?
    HIDE MY BLACKENED SOUL!
Annihilate everything I love and know
How can I live if life is a lie, and your smile's so goddamn fake?
Confiscate everything I call my own
The signs are in the sky, brimming in my eyes. I'm feeling so much pain
Assimilate my life and toss the soul
Mutilate my wrist, carve your name in it..Fuck, this is insane
Make this private hell my loving home
God may have made me, but Satan raised me, I lie in the bed I've made!
I see my life from upside down
    my body wracked with vertigo
My chest feels like it's being crushed
my head is likely to explode
Confused and choking, as a token
please show me which way to go
Screaming and weeping, my eyes fucking bleeding
    LOSING ALL MY SELF-CONTROL!
How could you do this, and look me in the eye?
    .....empty now, callous somehow
How Could You Do This Knowing That You Were My Life?
    .....angry now, murderous somehow
HOW COULD YOU KNOW ALL OF ME AND STILL TEAR IT APART?
.....losing it now, LOSING IT NOW!!!!!
CRUSH YOUR JAWBONE, LEAVE YOU IN A DITCH ALONE, AND
FEED YOU YOUR OWN FUCKING HEART!!!!!!!!!!
