I recently received your letterand it made me feel so much better
5,000 miless with no family to turn to
Here in Iraq it's just me and the crew
Taking all these chances and being with God
I pray for us all and we all nod
It's great to have our savior here
It helps to dry our falling tears
Night time ops have just ebgun
It's time to go and have some fun
Slowly we read our mission plan
Down the road goes every man
The steps get harder with explosions blasting
But I know our Lord is everlasting
Knowing God's plan is such a relief
It somehow reduces all the stress and grief
