By Myself
I need you back,
but you don't want me.
I messed up but good,
when I pushed you away.
Now I am alone,
hurting all by myself.
Without a shred of hope,
I can't stop these tears.
I won't even try,
it doesn't matter anyway.
There's no one to see,
no one to hold me.
I wish for a reprieve,
a break from this pain.
I won't get my wish,
it's not my luck.
