"Have A Nice Day"

"Have A Nice Day"

Though nobody told me to “have a nice day,”

I decided to have one anyway.

It didn’t take anything special to get done.

Just a moment to ponder, then up with the sun.

Put your best smile on and the day is yours.

Remember, it’s smiles that open all doors.

The frown is a glimpse of what not to do.

So smile, it comes so easily to you.

While doing your thing, something goes awry,

Don’t stomp your feet, think what you didn’t try.

Imagine that someone is always watching you,

So consider all that you say and do.

Wouldn’t it be nice if more people thought this way.

Don’t waste the opportunity to “have a nice day.”
