HUMORESQUE

See the sea?
Saw the sea!

Sea sees me

See the saw?
Saw the saw!
Saw the saw me?

See the see-saw?
Saw the see-saw!
Saw see-saw me?

Saw me!
See me!
Seize the seething sea!

The seething sea that's you and me Is easier seen for me in thee and you in me than me in me or thee in thee. The sea says, "see?"

Beautifully avant-garde with many layers of surrealism. I enjoy the playfulness in this piece.......

A poem begins as a lump in the throat, a sense of wrong, a homesickness, a lovesickness. It finds the thought and the thought finds the words.

Robert Frost (1875-1963) American Poet.
