    Immature Innocents

    The direction of my eyes
    focus towards the eternal bliss
    which mislead my thoughts of
    what I left behind.
    Did I turn too soon
and miss something on the way?
    Oblivion takes over my days
    of ignorant memories.

    I walk away,
    being different from the rest
who care and think too little
    and talk too much....

My avenging rage gets faced everyday
    by immature innocents
    who plea for sacred virginity
that is lost by past mistakes.
My pain of body and mind
    cannot unleash itself by
    countless reminders.

    I choose to sit alone
    and silent
    aware of my sins
that have made me wiser than them
    while they huddle together
    and continue their mutual sarcasm
    without me.......

This is very, very nice. I like it. Especially how you seem to know yourself.

Soooo intense...I could feel the pain of the oblivian and the difference in them and you...Iv'e lived in the hell of the past and still do...Less at these times for acceptance and tolerance takes me to a better place...You have a Way of seeing all of this and you have the power to put yourself and your heart in a better place. Remember You are a metaldoll with a human heart... Your friend Stephen....

Poetry is not an expression of the party line. It's that time of night, lying in bed, thinking what you really think, making the private world public, that's what the poet does.

    Allen Ginsberg (1926-1997) U.S. poet.
