    I.

    Through the fog

    I see figures moving

But I feel if I proceed

    I will only get

    engulfed in the vapor.

    I feel the cold

    Gradually turning

    Hot enough to burn

    Then it eats me.

    II.

    Lost little boy

    In a wasteland

    Without his mother.

    III.

    I wouldn’t fear the rainstorms

If you were here to dance with me

In the lightning strobe light to thunder’s song.

    IV.

    If a bolt struck

    The tall trees

    I would be

    Crushed beneath.

    V.

    Lost young man

    Dancing in the fog

    Without a partner.

    Safe from the rainstorm

    Away from the trees

    In the calm

    Between hot and cold.

I love everything about this, thanks for sharing it!

In science one tries to tell people, in such a way as to be understood by everyone, something that no one ever knew before. But in poetry, it's the exact opposite.

    Franz Kafka (1883-1924) Czech writer.
