    I.

    Precious stones and diamonds

In a pouch in my pocket

All different but all the same

In the way that I cherish them

    And they bring me

    A special kind of peace.

    I take them out and

    Set them on the table

    I pick out the one

That brings me the most bliss

I hold tight for a while

    Then back in the pouch

    They all go.

    II.

    Shine and glow

    With all your shades

    I love them all.

    III.

    Sweet guardian angel

    Are you looking on

    My dear protector?

    I feel your presence

    In all forms you take.

    IV.

    Light shines when I look

Into the eyes of the purple stone

She is the one I like best.

    The purple stone gleams

    It gives off sparks

    Just like the girl’s smile.

    V.

    I remember the smile

    Especially as I grip

In my palm my favorite jewel.

In science one tries to tell people, in such a way as to be understood by everyone, something that no one ever knew before. But in poetry, it's the exact opposite.
