Little white Lie

Little white Lie

Another smile graces her mouth
another hope brings another doubt
Another smile graces her mouth
another hope brings another doubt
Another dawn just brings remorse
Another lie--she's thrown off course
another platitude
Another fairytale
Another dream
just ends in hell
She sits and thinks
"Another time."
Another fault-
she draws the line
Another wish; another cry
It's just another little white lie
