    What You'e Made Me Hide

You say you understand, but you don’t really know

You’ve never felt the pain of being forced to let this go

You’ve never had to fight my fight, you never had the dreams

You never had to feel the pain behind each and every scream

You’ve never had to cry, you’ve never had to fret

You’ve never had to worry that things aren’t over yet

You’ve never, ever, ever had to stay up late at night

Scared of every shadow and cowering in fright

You havent had to hide a bruise, and you havent had to lie

I bet you’ve never even thought about what you’ve made me hide.

I take this piece as a testiment to just how strong women must be, and how deep there emotions must run. As a man who has a heart of stone this is high praise. GOOD JOB!

A poem begins as a lump in the throat, a sense of wrong, a homesickness, a lovesickness. It finds the thought and the thought finds the words.

    Robert Frost (1875-1963) American Poet.
