    Run To You

I'm at a crossroads of what to do.
Should I run away, or run to you?
Should I welcome you with open arms
Or be cautious, stay out of harm?
But then you're gone in the blink of an eye
Why didn't I speak, why couldnt I try?
And you left me here, wondering why
I was so afraid to fall....
I guess figured I could stall,
    Hoping you'd be there forever
Focused on my dreams, of forever and never
But for all my regrets, I can't change a thing
Cant stop the nightmares that night-time brings
And I'm stuck here, wishing I knew
Whether to run away or run to you

Poetry is finer and more philosophical than history; for poetry expresses the universal, and history only the particular.

Aristotle (384 BC-322 BC) Greek philosopher.
