    Poem Commentary

    I had written this poem for my friend PoetWithCancer aka Mr. Poet aka Michael. It accidentally was deleted, so I am offering my wings of support once more to a very special friend. Thank you, Michael for being such a good friend.

    Rest on Angel's Wings

    Rest on Angel's Wings

    When you are tired of your fight, and see no rest in sight,

    Rest on Angel's Wings.

    When you are full of grief and sorrow, because you see no tomorrow,

    Rest on Angel's Wings.

    When nobody seems to care, when your pain you cannot share,

    Rest on Angel's Wings.

    When life seems so tough, as life you know, can be so rough,

    Rest on Angel's Wings.

    Although only in spirit she'll always be there.

    You'll never know how much she cares.

    Until you rest on Angel's Wings.

    When the weight of the world is in your arms, and all your luck has lost it's charms, "Rest on Angel's Wings". Very good. Got right to the soul.

    Amazingly beautiful write in every way! They say let go and let God yet no body seems to do so like in rest on Angel wing's which is so true. I love this write. Your style, wording and meaning came jumping throughl Excellent! Hugz

    this peace is so beautiful and heart felt coming straight from your heart into the reader and capturing that wonderful peace within them....you touched my heart so much with this one......I have written several poems about the angels in my life......well done darling.........love asha
