stingray

Sharp ridges of metal.
Light in weight.
Powerful in operation.
Mundain out of service.
With a flick of the wrist.
The spark.
The fuel.
The air.
A symphony so perfect.
Orchastrated perfectly.
We have ignition.
The rumble, the smell of gas.
The violence, the vibration.
The beat of its own drum.
Pulsing sound waves.
Crushing glass.
Hands of sweat,knuckles of white.
Brow raised, eyes open.
Teeth clinched.
Park then drive.
From brake to accelerate.
Power and thrust, return with a smile.
Sweet is the air.
Sweet is the taste
My lady
My ray
My stingray
Oh , I have betrayed
Sweet is the memory
forgive me
is the key

Hmmmmm, I am speechless. I thought the stingray was a boat until I read the last couple of lines. Now I'm confused.
