    Poem Commentary

    This was written for one of my ex's. His name was Chris. One day while sitting in class he was reading my poems. He asked me to write one for him.
    This one's for you Chris.

    The Word
    When I think of that word
    That one glorious word,
    I think of my past
    I think of what we shared 
    Wondering if he ever really cared
    I think of everything we could be
    Everything we should be
    Knowing we can't
    We had our chance
    You have a new love now
    One far better than me

    Now we stay friends and I put on that smile
    Yet I know I will be hurting 
    How ever this may end

    The word I think of
    Is one I fear and hate
    One I never want but always have
    This word is love
    Love for all the pain
    Love for all the suffering
    Love is my one glorious word

    this poem is real i like how u always express ur real self every thing is so real ur a great writer keep workin on it youll get better and better
