just wondering how it would feel
to hold that person in your arms

developed feelings for someone
so strong, pure, so real
that it scared you & made you run
Have you ever
looked into someone’s eyes
& found yourself completely lost
in a beautiful paradise
Have you ever
rehearsed the “Perfect Words to Say”over & over
just waiting for the moment
the chance to take their breath away
only to find yourself in their presence
breathless without a word to say
Have you ever
truly wished happiness on someone
even if it wasn’t with you
Have you ever
looked at someone
& secretly whispered…I love you!
