I Tried
You Know that i love you,
So you pretend to care,
and i know that there is nothing i can do,
To make you feel the same.
But still i try,
Hoping that one day you would feel the same,
sometimes i ask myself why,
i have to love you.
But trying got me nowhere,
I'm back at square one,
Just like in my nightmare,
I failed once again.
Sometimes i ask myself,
If love truly does exist,
Unlike santas little elves,
which are just fantasy.
I wish there would be a sign
That tells me what to do,
Instead of waiting in line,
Like everyone else.
