My Day
You're the bright spot of my day,
I love you in every single way,
you are one in a millon
but you're the one for me.
When ever you are near,
i can't help but feeling queer
Because when i'm with you,
Nothing else seems to matter.
Everytime we meet,
my heart skips a beat,
because i love you
and i hope you feel the same way.
It's hard for me to suspect
that there is a missing aspect
in which you may not feel the same
and that would destory my heart.
When power leads man towards arrogance, poetry reminds him of his limitations. When power narrows the area of man's concern, poetry reminds him of the richness and diversity of existence. When power corrupts, poetry cleanses.
