Insurance Companys

The salesman said
For peace of mind
I should buy insurance
Of every kind
However when I make a claim
The replies are usually all the same
"Thats not covered"
Whatever disaster comes my way
The small print in the contract says
"That we do not pay"
The insurance companies never lose a dime
Because they guarantee their profits
Ahead of time
They fill you full of serenity fables
While their business is based
On actuarial tables
What is covered every time
Is the Insurance companies
BIg fat bottom lines

100% true - ask me- i survived hurricane katrina- and fought ins. cos. for 2 years - sad but true

In science one tries to tell people, in such a way as to be understood by everyone, something that no one ever knew before. But in poetry, it's the exact opposite.

Franz Kafka (1883-1924) Czech writer.
