    Pretty Poems

     I've tried to write poems
    about sunshine and flowers
    I've tried to write poems
    about love and it's powers
    I've wondered, thought on
    and pondered for hours
    this life and its sweetness
     without all its sours
    I've tried to write with fancy
    all footloose and sorrow free
    Hair of gold, spun from silk,
    all the beauty that i see
    moments shared with friends,
    sipping coffee, drinking tea
    its easier for some to write,
    but those poems don't come to me
    I tend to write more
    about what bumps in the night
    things that we hide
    to keep out of sight
    I tend to write more
    about dreams filled with fright
    I know its not comforting
    but much truer to light

    YES IT IS TRUE NOT ONLY TO THE LIGHT BUT THE SOUL AND IT HANGS DEEP IN MY MIND AND I LOVE THAT,,YOU FLOW WITH THAT EASE THAT MAKE POETRY SMOOTH AND READING PURE,,

    thank you so much, that means alot.

    In science one tries to tell people, in such a way as to be understood by everyone, something that no one ever knew before. But in poetry, it's the exact opposite.
