Words

Ugly little secrets
dressed in dirty little lies
thunder rages through the heavens
casting frozen cries
their tears will never cleanse
nor shelter from the storm
arms of bolted lightning
though hot wont keep you warm
the anger in the violence
of the force it generates
is only overshadowed
by the words that prove our fates
