    Sugar Addict
    Raspberry sundae, peppermint pie
    I will eat what I like until I die
    I don’t need smack, crack or dope
    To help me feel better and cope
    A glass of Kool-Aid and a candy bar
    Gives me a better rush by far

    Raspberry sundae, peppermint pie
    Make me feel like I can fly
    I’ll take a giant spaghetti feed
    Over heroine, coke or weed
    Food is my addiction
    It really is a horrible affliction

    Raspberry sundae, peppermint pie
    Giving up sugar is hard, but I am going to try
    The doctor says my life is at stake
    I am fighting the urge to bake
    I refuse to take those diet pills
    I will beat this by my strong will

    That-a-girl! And if you fall off the wagon, well...just get up and try again! I am trying to loose also. Just a darling poem, and many of us can relate.
