Two People: Part 1
She sees him in the morning light.
To her, he's the only thing in sight.
She feels a burning in her heart-
She knows it has been there from the start.
She loves him more than words can say
and she hopes he'll love her back one day.
When she sees him, her heart skips a beat
and she prays one day, their hearts will meet.

In science one tries to tell people, in such a way as to be understood by everyone, something that no one ever knew before. But in poetry, it's the exact opposite.
