    An angel, a father,

    A spirit of songs.

    Here to guide me,

    And right all my wrongs.


    The angel of music,

    Sent from above.

    An angel of splendour,

    An angel of love.


    An angel with songs

    Too sweet to the ear.

    Songs that can freeze you

    In both wonder and fear.

    Poetry is either something that lives like fire inside you or else it is nothing, an empty formalized bore around which pedants can endlessly drone their notes and explanations.
