    Inhale Heaven

    If you lifted your eyes in heaven tomorrow what would it smell like?
    Ever thought about that?
    Mine would fume of
    Fresh baked bread and fried chicken
    Fresh cut grass
    Citrus... lemons, limes, oranges, grapefruits just cut one and inhale 
    The first rain after a long hot summer
    The palms and feet of a newborn baby
    Cinnamon
    The bouquet of a good bottle of wine
    That warm spot in between his ear and shoulder blade

    While we are all working so hard to get to heaven take just a moment and lift you eyes and open your nose and inhale deep.

    The gifts of heaven have been given to us right here on this wonderful earth.

    Just inhale
     The wonders of God surrounds us all.
    Just inhale and be refreshed

    Wow, Thank you so much :) I am not a poet I just right the thoughts that hit my heart.

    Poetry is either something that lives like fire inside you or else it is nothing, an empty formalized bore around which pedants can endlessly drone their notes and explanations.
