    the darkness...
    the darkness peaks in again
    stealing hope and feelings within

    no hope to even carry on
    just sitting here wondering what is truly wrong

    no faith to follow through
    with little or nothing to get me through

    turning to friends with nothing to ask
    not even sure of all of my past

    wondering how things can get this bad
    not even sure how to get through the sad

    the darkness is here without warning
    not quite sure how to get up in the morning

    faith and hope will get me through
    what happens when you feel as there is nothing to do

    wow. this is deep, and it feels like you have reached the ebb of life. Life is an ebb and flow, the ebb is the place we reach, when we feel there is no more we can do. We reached the end. But actually this is the beginning, where we reflect on what has happened. What is, and what ill be. When life flows again, you will know because things happen again andits time for you to move in that new direction. Remember, the teacher is always the student, and the student is always the teacher, we learn from each other.
