A New Destiny

A New Destiny

A New Destiny

Today is another day
To do whatever we do
In whatever form or way
That we choose to

Today is a workplace in which
We can occupy our time
A place in which we may stitch
Together images in our mind

Using the needle and thread of creativity
To build a tapestry over time
A quilt of new reality
Born in the workshop of the mind

Where on the workbench of dreams and visions
New projects of reality I may build
And over time, with wise decisions
A new destiny I can fulfill

H. Wilson

Amazing, so short and so full of wisdom ... great job!

Poetry is not a turning loose of emotion, but an escape from emotion.

T. S. Eliot (1888-1965) American-English poet and playwright.
