    Is life worth living
    Can someone tell me so
    With all the taking and the giving
    I’d really like to know

    With all the using and abusing
    That’s been done to me
    Not of my own choosing
    Is this the best reality

    Are riches worth the bother
    For material success
    Is there another
    Formula for true happiness

    Is there a happy medium
    For lovesick guys like me
    In this new millennium
    Can such a thing truly be

    Is happily ever after possible
    In such a heartless time
    Or is it no longer valuable
    To enlightened hearts and minds
