    Storm

The rain has seized but the storm has come

From my balcony I see everything

The world ripples as the winds sweep down on the gray biosphere

In the midst of a vengeful weather system

I find peace in the destruction of a mundane day

Roaring winds, whispering trees, whistling bushes

    Explaining everything in inanimate tongues

The dark clouds creep like a curtain across the sky

Ushering in a violent night I’ll sleep away

Beautifil imagery, breath taking, I can visualize the picture in my mind as I stand as a shadow on the balcony, bravo! I can see two possible meaning here, one of the literal sense of nature as the rain and the heart of the storm seems to have some magic mystique to it, like a beast closing in on his prey. The sencond could be a metaphor as the storm could represent life's trials and tribulations as your spirit feels at the center of its rage. Perhaps I see, perhaps I am blind. Purity of the soul, journey well!!! with grace and humility ANGEL

Poetry is not a turning loose of emotion, but an escape from emotion.
