    Take that risk

     I finally told someone my secret and it feels like a little chip off my shoulder went away. I took that risk at telling someone really close to me and it turned out they decided to stay. I believe that since I got the courage to say something to my friend, that I can tell my family because they deserve to know. Maybe one day they will truely know me, but for now I'll live with my regret and shame and keep it to myself. I hope that one I will be able to take the risk again so I can live my life truely happy.
