What is the new fad that they call twitter?
Seems young people are spellbound
in the glam and the glitter
It’s to brief for me
to many responses
More key strokes required
with carpal tunnel bounces
Just give the details
in one cognizant post
Not this and then that
less typing not most
The same with message texting
on my mobile phone
Just give me a blast
I'm always at home
So to the twitters the tweeters
and all of the getters
I shan't participate
I declare I am a quitter
So enamor me now
with your tender voice
Share with me often
a vocal request my choice
Your loving tones
thrill me the most!
