    In appreciation of the best Marketing Manager the Mission Critical Group ever had at Skanska USA, NYC

    "Hey J.A you're so special in every way"

     When we work on Marketing you're a must
    without out your help my PowerPoint’s a bust

    With focus and continuity and corporate validity
    you take my input and simply make it splenditity

    When we go out to diner you're tons of fun
    when looking for a diner pal you're the one

    In the eleventh hour and 59th minute you're always there
    when we share our presentation we have not a care

    I love your smile and the other side of you
    your laughter and cooking is part of it too

    It's so much fun when we share our recipes
    you’re creations, mine a well written Praecipe

    I do so look forward to coming to the city..
    your jubilant smile sure makes me feel gitty

    So truly my friend, not just now but forever
    In good times and bad we will not weather
