This special occasion
Lost some
And held some
Still some
That are near
Not forgetting
The past
And thoughts
From past years
Though be gone
Be not lost
Nor mingled
With tears
Where the
Warmth of my heart
Once quelled
Your fears
Where once
I held powerful
The one
You held dear
Passage of time
Erasing
Who was?
Forsaken
Twas you?
Or I?
As unity
Was breaking
Just hope
In your heart
A mere
Sensation
Per Chance
Just a smile
From this
Gentle persuasion
Be a
Valentine
Again
For a special occasion
