Cliche Love

    • My writings are far and fewer between these days. At least I've started working on refining what I post.

    Cliche Love

    A whisper escapes
And into the wind it runs
    Feelings that created it
    Lost within the pun

    Cliche forms of love
    And ample remarks of regret
    Rationalized emotions
    And flaws to perfect

    The beauty of time
    Analyzed beyond age
    No replacements can follow
    Memories left to a page

    A smile remembered
    The look upon a face
    Interpret the freedom
    In decisions and taste

If I feel physically as if the top of my head were taken off, I know that is poetry.
